My journey in serving people began with a successful 15-year career as a salon owner and stylist, during which I honed my skills in customer service and built lasting relationships with clients.

Transitioning from styling hair to flipping houses, I discovered my true passion: helping individuals achieve their homeownership dreams. As a recovering house flipper, I bring a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge to the real estate industry. Hi, I’m Bethany Rust! A lifelong resident of Bartholomew and Jackson Counties, I’m currently based in Seymour. As a proud Columbus North graduate (Class of 1998), I’ve always been deeply connected to this area.

After a successful career as a registered nurse specializing in mental health and substance abuse, I transitioned into real estate full-time in 2018. While my nursing background has instilled in me a strong desire to help others, I found my true calling in real estate.

My passion lies in assisting people with their real estate needs, whether it’s buying, selling, or investing. I’m particularly committed to preserving the beauty and character of our community through neighborhood revitalization.
